Who this is for

One Percent is a private, invite-only space for a small group of friends. You need a valid invite code to create an account, and you need to be 18 or over. There's no public sign-up and we're not offering this as a service to anyone else.

Not a medical service

Nobody here is a doctor, a nurse, a therapist or a counsellor, and nothing on this site is medical advice. It sits alongside proper help, not instead of it. If something's urgent, use the Help page — and if a life is at risk, call 999.

How to behave here

• —Follow the ground rules. They're the actual agreement: what's said here stays here, no judgement, and you don't have to be doing well to post.
• —Don't share anything from this room outside it — screenshots included.
• —Don't post anything unlawful, abusive or aimed at hurting someone.
• —Don't try to reach data that isn't yours, or hand your login to anyone else.

Your account

You're responsible for keeping your password to yourself. You can ask for your account to be deleted at any time. We can remove an account if someone breaks the ground rules badly enough that the room stops being safe for everyone else.

What you write stays yours

You keep ownership of everything you post. You're giving the group permission to read what you share with them, and nothing more.

No guarantees

This is a homemade app kept running by a mate, not a company with an on-call team. It might go down, lose a feature, or change. We do our best to keep your data safe and backed up, but we can't promise the site will always be available and we're not liable for losses arising from using it. Nothing here limits liability that can't legally be limited.

Changes and law

If these terms change we'll say so in the group chat. They're governed by the law of England and Wales.
